Works well if you wear them every day
Color: Lavender Luxury, Color: Lavender Luxury
These heel socks do work, but you need to be consistent and patient. The socks are soft with a gel lining on the inside that basically traps your body heat and moistureโkind of like a mini spa for your feet. My heels felt noticeably softer after just one hour of wearing them.
That said, I donโt love sleeping with socks on, so it took me two nights to get used to them. I even took them off the first night because I couldnโt stand the feeling. After five nights of use with nightly exfoliating, my heels are definitely softer, but still cracked in some areas. Iโm hoping they keep improving with continued use.
If you stick with it and exfoliate regularly, these socks definitely help soften rough skin. Not a miracle fix overnight, but a helpful tool for healing cracked heels.
