This is the best mineral(non-chemical) lip sunscreen I have found. Highly recommend. The first few times I used it, it felt ever so slightly grainy. Maybe the graininess rose to the top. Even if it was grainy all the way through, I would still recommend. There is a slight whitish cast to your lips-not noticeable or significant in my opinion. There is a very minimal flavor and it has a nice feel on your lips.

Miracle in a bottle!

This was a lifesaver, I got badly burnt just walking for several miles one day. It was only in the 80's, not 100 degree's but still hot. Where I live there is a poor air quality, too. I was red as a lobster! It was painful and then i saw this. Read the reviews and hoped it would help. Did it ever! It not only helped sooth my skin, calm it down, it dramatically reduced the redness in just a few days! I should have saved the photo's of the before a several days after, but I deleted them. By the fourth day of applying this cream, they were gone and my skin went from being deep red to pink. What is even more awesome is this moisturized my skin! I have sensitive skin and this did not irritate it. So that was a plus! My only issue was it's a little tacky, sticky after you apply it. So don't apply right before bed, unless you want to be stuck to your sheets. If you're in dire need of relief and to reduce the redness, this is what you want, it is a miracle in a bottle!
