Poor/deceptive packaging

I initially thought I was getting my money’s worth when I purchased this face cream, it seemed like a pretty generous amount for the price. That is, until product stopped coming out from the pump. I thought, okay whatever, I’ll just unscrew the top and get it with my fingers. That’s when I realized that not only is the pump setup stupidly ineffective, as it doesn’t actually reach the majority of the product (it only gets the product directly in the middle, all of the cream on the outside perimeter you’ll either have to get with your hands or move into the center). But the container only has like 1/3 of its volume’s worth of product. The other 2/3 of the container is just empty space.
I can’t speak on the effectiveness of the cream itself, I honestly didn’t see any changes in my skin after 3-4 months of use. It was moisturizing enough. If anything, there were times I felt more prone to breakouts. But I would not recommend this product just simply on how deceptive the container is, making you feel like you’re getting a lot more product than you really are.
