We bought this large size for our Rottweiler- but it was our 45# dog who fell in love with it. He pushes it with his nose, and tries to squeak it. He “talks” to it. We haven’t heard that in a long time. It’s light enough that he can lift it - and it rolls and bounces nicely. For him it’s perfect. Our Rottie seems to understand that it’s his toy. Now, that’s love and understanding.
