Griesel & Compagnie - 2021 Blanc de Noirs Tradition Brut2021 Blanc de Noirs Tradition Brut Die Serie Tradition bildet den Einstieg der Sekte und liegt mindestens 20 Monate auf der Hefe. Die Cuve besteht zu 85% aus Pinot Noir und 15% Meunier. Nach der Handlese und spontanen Grung wird ein Groteil im Edelstahl ausgebaut, die restlichen 15% im Barrique. Dieser Sekt ist sehr von dunklen Frchten und nussigen Aromen geprgt. Am Gaumen dann viel mehr Struktur und einem wrzigen Touch!
