Die Vinifikation umfasst eine sanfte Pressung mit Fraktionierung der Mostes, Grung in Barriques fr einen Teil der Masse und eine Reifezeit in Edelstahl und alten Barriques vor der Flaschengrung. Der Wein reift etwa 24 Monate auf der Hefe.

Light scent
