Great alternative to traditional Toothpaste. Its a bit pricey but if you are like me you dont have to share it with anyone else because they can use regular toothpaste. The minty flavor is subtle but does not cause irritation. I pop two of these in my mouth every evening when I get ready for bed. They stick to my gums and cause me to produce just the right amount of saliva during the night; this I don't wake up with cotton mouth! Actually, most mornings I wake up to find I still have a little bit of the XyliMelts adhering to my gums-- even after 7 or 8 hours of sleep! I really like the spicy Cinnamon taste- I almost want to eat them just for the taste (but I don't know if that's such a great idea!)
