Besides arriving well after the promised delivery window and ruining my daughter's Halloween expectations, the costume is poorly made and ill-conceived. Attaching the shoulder pads with sharp safety pins is a terrible idea for young children, and besides, the pins broke off the first time I tried to use them. Snaps would have made far more sense!
