I wear a pants size 8, and purchased an XL in these because I don't like tight underwear. They feel good, and fit well -- not baggy and not tight. The waist hits a bit lower in the back (on me) than in the front, which is not a deal killer, but, REALLY?? I'll keep these, but will keep looking for a better fit, and legs that don't curl up.
