Love the case. Installation was an easy Perfect fit. The leather seems to be fairly scratch resistant. which was important for me working construction. I do not have an Apple Pencil so I can not speak on that portion of the case. The keyboard back light changes colors, I prefer to keep it on a softer setting. It doesn't take long to charge, and connects via bluetooth seamlessly . The magnet could be a little stronger, but it does work fine.

Things to note: They keyboard requires charging. The keyboard is loose in the folio. For some reason I assumed it was attached. It's not unusable but a little tricky. I would have preferred it anchored into the folio. The folio itself self is lovely and well made. The keyboard feels like I better baby it or one wrong move and I might end it.
