They have been sculpted by hand in teak wood many decades ago. In their past life the horse heads used to serve as decoration on old horse carriages, door frames, pillars and ceiling panels of mansion like houses called "Haveli's" symbolizing the wealth and power of their owners. Ces sculptures de ttes de chevaux font partie de notre collection d'uvres d'art

The TV stand is very simple to assemble and most people should be able to complete it in a little while, as several steps may require a second person. The unit itself is very sturdy and a little larger than I expected. The sliding "door" does require a little force to move, but furniture wax should do the trick nicely.

Beautiful quality made tv stand.

Color: Walnut

Beautiful TV stand. Easy to assemble. I took a chance on this stand matching the new end tables I got from a different store and manufacturer. They match perfectly. I couldn't be happier with the color of the wood, the quality construction and minimalist clean look. It looks great in my living room.
