The leather liner is a size 56 and is to be paired with a size 64 helmet shell. The non reinforced aluminum band is devoid of a manufacturer's and production date stamping, which was common for liners produced between 1932 and 1935 by Schuberth Werk, K. G., of Braunschweig, Germany. The internal band exhibits the early style size marking of "S Z63 56", while the outer band is stamped
