365 By Whole Foods Market, Milk Thistle, 60 Count (60 Count (Pack of 1)) The supplement come with capsules. The isnstruction is somehow vague. It says Take a capsule, 1-3 times per day. It does not mention before drink, after drink or during drink. I tried before drink and did not feel much better lol. Probably gonna try a few more times and update this review later.
