This is a book not just for adult children of emotionally immature parents. It is a book for everyone! It was invaluable in helping me better understand myself and my relationships with others. I really liked the format of the book. It is divided into many interesting categories for easy referencing and reading. Dr. Gibson is an amazing writer.
