Initially, i ordered a small and an X small based on reviews here. Glad i did. I opened the x-small first and it fit perfectly. Returned the other one unopened. Sleeves fit my arms well. Collar stands up well. Shirt has sufficient length to tuck in too. Not super long though if you want to untuck with jeans. I'm 5'6 140#. I lift weights regularly and run. I'm right at 11.8-12.0% body fat. I typically wear a small in the amazon essentials slim fit t shirt. Those fit really well in size S. Check them out too if you have not yet. These polos XS fits equally well for my body type.
