Maya Soup Central American Wood Ladle Serving UtensilPeten Wood Artisan Sculptors create a sleek modern design for a kitchen classic. They carve the ladle from jobillo wood by hand, featuring a sinuous handle. The woods' natural brown to dark red and golden grain accentuates the aesthetic harmony within the ladle's design. Please note that hot and or spicy food may dye the natural wood, yet spoons can be filed and finished with oil to return to natural coloring. materials: Jobillo wood Dishwasher safe

Missing the bolt that attaches the base to the center post. We contacted the vendor and they responded, "We want to assure you that all our parts undergo rigorous inspection and careful packaging before shipment. If you could kindly check the box again for any missing parts, it would be greatly appreciated. Best Regards Yaheetech Customer Service Team" Really, like we didn't checked the box? Responded back to the vendor that we tore the box apart, no bolt. They have gone silent. Update, vendor has offered a partially refund, guess I'll head to Home Depot and look for a replacement bolt. What a pain. Went from 1 to 3 stars for at least contacting us.
