Glimmers Journal: Reflect on the Small Moments ThaFirst coined in Deb Dana's book Polyvagal Theory in Therapy, glimmers are the micromoments in your day that spark a sense of joy. They can be anything from catching a view of the skyline to cuddling with your pet. Glimmers tell your nervous system that you are safe and okay in the world, thus shifting your system's response from defense to calm. When we notice and name glimmers, we train our nervous system to be open to more of these moments expanding

Sturdy, simple & well designed. It’s crafted with practicality in mind. The paper towel rod is accented with a circle ring on the top that makes it easy to lift and move around. It’s a very hassle free design and one that motivated me select it over the other options & I’m glad I did. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Good buy!!

Color: Silver

Very nice well balanced paper towel holder. I have three honorary grandkids that come over and they always struggle with the roll of paper towels. This has made it a lot neater and easier to work with for them. Good quality and attractive.

THIS is the BEST holder--who knew there were better ones?

Color: Black

THIS ONE IS PERFECT. This holder is the simplest design and works so well. You just slide the paper towels over the ring, use the ring to move from spot to spot, and the base edges are perfectly smooth. THIS was well thought-out. Bravo. I already sent back a couple of these paper towels holders--but this one is the right one! You wouldn't think that some of them would be constructed with sharp edges or would have no way to move the holder around, but many are not constructed poorly. One had such sharp edges on the base I knew I'd cut myself. So this one is the one for a safe, simple, elegant, easy use. We got ours in black to match our kitchen--perfect.
