Nymphoides peltata (Yellow Floating Heart)Also known as 'Fringed Water Lily', Floating Heart, Water Fringe, Entire Marshwort. A delicate little plant that has a profusion of yellow flowers on plantlets that float across the water surface. Spread is an estimate for one years growth, dependent on conditions. Can be vigorous in very shallow, marshy ground. No maintenance is necessary but excess growth can be trimmed when required Plant in full sun to partial shade between 10cm and 50cm deep.

These heel socks do work, but you need to be consistent and patient. The socks are soft with a gel lining on the inside that basically traps your body heat and moisture—kind of like a mini spa for your feet. My heels felt noticeably softer after just one hour of wearing them. That said, I don’t love sleeping with socks on, so it took me two nights to get used to them. I even took them off the first night because I couldn’t stand the feeling. After five nights of use with nightly exfoliating, my heels are definitely softer, but still cracked in some areas. I’m hoping they keep improving with continued use. If you stick with it and exfoliate regularly, these socks definitely help soften rough skin. Not a miracle fix overnight, but a helpful tool for healing cracked heels.
