Dichroic on Black, Blue and Green Swirls Mini Guitar SculptureDo you love guitars, know someone who plays a guitar, do you love music? How was it made? The first step was to create the swirls of each color into a glass design. that glass was then cut into the shape of a guitar using a ring saw. I grinded smooth all the edges and then it was fire polished in the kiln. The guitar is epoxied to a stand that was made by cutting three pieces for varying sizes and tack fusing them into the stand. These silicon socks look a bit odd at first glance but they work great and best of all, any lotions and oily creams are contained on the inside so you can walk around. They are very soft. I haven't had them long so I can't comment on durability, but they are not made of lightweight material.

Does the job but dangerous to walk with!
Does the job but dangerous to walk with: foot is sliding inside the sock if the foot was treated with cream or lotion prior. It is uncomfortable to sleep with but a necessary hurdle to heal your heels!
