All fabrics are dyed using Zweigart base fabric and fibre reactive dyes and the edges of the fabric are serged to prevent fraying. Cut sizes are measured before dyeing and some fabrics do shrink up during the dye process. These are fabulous! The weight to them is perfect for tearing off a towel and not tipping. And the color/style works perfectly with our decor. Even my husband who rarely comments on anything said "I really like these!" I have one in my kitchen with regular paper towels and my laundry room with the microfiber towels. LOVE!!
