There are no markings, but this is the unknown maker version documented on pages 228 233 of Marc E. Garlascos The Flak Badges (2008). The clasp is a touch loose and the wire loop is a tiny bit wiggly, I didn't feel it necessary to play with it too much. I just left it the way it came to me. This is a really beautiful badge and I'm only letting it go to
