Works as a running and brake light. Base mounting plate measures 2" top to bottom and 2 1 2" wide. I am in LOVE with this blanket. I got the dusty Rose, the color is Spot On to the pics. It's perfect size, I bought the twin size. It's reversible, and is Super Soft. Plus, No Shedding.
