Update on my review: gave it 5 stars because the customer service is great!!! Thank you uso much! I’m sorry this product didn’t work out for my little one. But thank you for having a great customer service! I’ve been using the products for about a week now and haven’t noticed any improvement in my baby’s skin. I do appreciate that the ingredients are clean, fragrance-free, and that the ointment is thick and suitable for eczema. However, I’ve seen other reviews mentioning results within a few days, and unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience. For me, it wasn’t worth the money. At first I thought my baby had ringworm but I took him to his pediatrician and she said it’s a mild eczema, I don’t want to do steroid lotion, I purchased this hoping it would help and it hasn’t
